My freshman year in college, my team went 11-16 with a win percentage ranking of 210 of 282 NCAA Division 1 basketball programs. We were awful. In fact, the school's record for each of the previous four season was below .500.
My senior season, my team went 28-4 with a win percentage ranking of 6 of 290 NCAA Division 1 basketball programs. There are several factors that influence such a dramatic turnaround, however, the most important factor was CONSISTENCY.

Within three years, we became the number one offensive team in the nation, went undefeated in our conference play and finished the year ranked 16th in the nation. The most important factor was the consistent and repetitious work on the same skills, mindset and schemes until every member of the team could effectively perform without having to think about performing.

The process of becoming successful often times is not as glamorous as attaining success. We have months of ahead of “un-glamorous” work. My job is to keep you motivated and growing until you come to enjoy the process and appreciate the work required to prepare you to perform. Your job is to commit to the process of daily improvement. Together we will create some very special experiences and achieve some cool milestones.
